Rates & Changes


The company ESTHETIC STRATEGY  reserves the right to modify or correct the content of its websites and and the BLUE CORNER mobile application at any time and without notice, in particular the prices of the services offered, their durations, as well as the hours of availability. The applicable prices are those which are indicated on the site at the time when the valid customer has an appointment, they are only valid on this site.

The prices are indicated in EURO and include all taxes. Appointment booking / Appointments not honored
When a customer makes an appointment at BLUE CORNER, on the platform or via the BLUE CORNER mobile application available for free download on the AppStore and GooglePlay, he receives a confirmation and/or our sms reminder. They contain important information about the upcoming appointment(s). In the event that the client does not receive his confirmation e-mail and/or text message, he undertakes to contact us by telephone for oral confirmation of his appointment or for information relating to his appointment. Without this confirmation, there is no guarantee that the appointment will take place. We provide our customers with an ultra-intuitive and efficient appointment booking system via the internet and centralized with appointment booking by telephone. If you cannot honor your appointment, you must cancel it via your account directly on or on the mobile application or notify us by telephone on 01 822 839 29 at least one hour before. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not require a deposit for appointments. In order to cover at least the significant costs of staff remuneration, customers who do not show up for their appointment without notifying us in advance must pay us, up to 50%, the amount of the service corresponding to the appointment not honored. . They will not be able to make an appointment either by telephone or online until payment has been made. Payment must be made at the reception of our institutes and will lead to the reactivation of the customer file.
Modification / cancellation of Appointments
We know that our clients' time is valuable, too. The BLUE CORNER Care Crew; nearly 25 employees at the service of our customers. Please note that BLUE CORNER makes every effort to honor the appointments booked by our customers even in the absence of the practitioner in charge of the appointment in question; a substitute takes care of our customers in 99% of cases. However, in case of force majeure, or for a valid reason, at any time, a member of our team may decide to cancel an appointment. Automatically, the customer concerned will receive a confirmation of cancellation by sms and/or e-mail. The customer must take this into account. Our customers have the possibility to modify or cancel their appointments up to one hour before the time of the appointment via their customer area. Any service reserved by telephone or internet must be paid for. In the event of an appointment not honored, 50% of the amount of the service concerned must be paid at the reception of our institutes. On the other hand, when a customer does not show up for their appointment without canceling it beforehand via the appointment booking platform or by telephone, an SMS notification of no-show at the appointment will be sent. The customer will no longer be able to make an appointment by internet or by telephone since his customer file will be blocked until payment of the 50% corresponding to the reserved service. On the other hand, it will be possible for him to come to the institute only without an appointment in order to continue to benefit from our services, at the risk of having to wait before being taken care of. In this case, it is advisable to come from Monday to Thursday and avoid weekends. If the blacklisted customer creates a new file, we reserve the right to accept or not the appointment. In other words, making appointments, whether by telephone or internet, is and must remain reserved for punctual customers who respect our working time. ESTHETIC STRATEGY reserves the right to delete a customer file if it considers it necessary, at any time. BLUE CORNER  may suspend or deny you access to the site if we consider that your actions hinder or disturb the proper functioning of our activity or that of other visitors or that of partners. Pranksters or malicious users who would be tempted to make appointments on a massive scale without showing up for the appointment must be aware that this constitutes a real obstacle to the proper functioning of our society. This cannot go unpunished. Legal action may be taken against the perpetrators of the disturbances.

BLUE CORNER ensures daily the punctuality of our practitioners as well as the proper respect of the rules of hygiene, safety and the conduct of treatment and massage sessions in order to best guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority,we undertake to respond to requests made by email within 48 hours maximum (working days).
We ask our clients to respect our practitioners in order to ensure the smooth running of the sessions. Any proposal of a sexual nature likely to modify the service is prohibited. In addition, the greatest verbal and physical courtesy is required; non-compliance with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the session, without being able to demand reimbursement of it. The staff of the institute can put an end to any contracted service and this, at any time, if it considers that the instructions above are not respected. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff, of an offensive nature or of a sexual nature is the subject of a systematic complaint. BLUE CORNER wishes you a pleasant moment of well-being.
Aesthetic care services
BLUE CORNER presents on the site the services, as well as their detailed descriptions contained in the pages corresponding to each product, thus allowing the customer to know before the final validation of his appointment, the essential characteristics of the services he wishes to reserve / purchase, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

BLUE CORNER will make every effort to ensure that the representation of the services whose photos are displayed on the site are faithful to the original products. 

BLUE CORNER will also make its best efforts to best define the characteristics and services of the services offered to the customer.

Since customers are sufficiently informed before the performance of the service, BLUE CORNER cannot be held liable in the event of allergic reactions or any other inconvenience caused by hair removal or any other treatment offered in our institutes. It is the same for treatments requiring prior signature of consent by the client, in the event of a false or erroneous declaration, BLUE CORNER declines all responsibility.
The range of BLUE CORNER products intended for in-cabin hair removal has been carefully developed in collaboration with French, Italian and American laboratories. Our waxes are designed specifically to meet the needs of men, they are hypoallergenic, contain talc, azulene oil and other quality cosmetic components and are therefore suitable for all skin types, even sensitive. However, if the customer is the subject of a particular medical treatment, an intolerance to certain cosmetic products, shows signs of poor health, irritated, very dry skin or skin incompatible with hair removal or exfoliation or any other aesthetic treatments offered in our institutes, the responsibility of the company ESTHETIC STRATEGY cannot be engaged.

BLUE CORNER CLUB Card Subscription

These are offers reserved for subscribers holding a dematerialized and computerized subscriber card; BLUE CORNER CLUB CARD. 


Membership, materialized by the purchase online or at the institute of the CARTE CLUB and the payment of the corresponding amount entitles you to a discount of 20 or 30% on all our services. This nominative and strictly personal card, hereinafter referred to as the "CLUB Card", includes a customer number, the surname and first name of the subscriber and the date of subscription. All natural persons can have access to the "BLUE CORNER Club", it being specified that for persons under the age of 18, the signature of the legal representative is required.

Memberships can be subscribed, at the choice of the Member, for a fixed period of 6 months or 1 year in return for an advance payment of the lump sum corresponding to the chosen period, with a minimum commitment.


Financial provisions


The membership price is that in effect on the subscription date appearing on the website and which corresponds to the chosen commitment period (6 months or one year). Prices are expressed in euros, excluding and including tax. No registration fees will be collected when subscribing to membership, in addition to the price thereof. Advance payment for a 6-month or 1-year membership is made in full at the time of subscription to the membership card, by card or cash. 

Payment for membership may, where appropriate, come from a person other than the Member, but the payer must be of legal age or emancipated minor; the payer vouches for compliance by the Member with these general terms and conditions, signed by both parties.

Membership rates are subject to change annually. The “Member” will be informed of this by simple publication on the website or by any other appropriate means, at least 30 days before it takes effect.


Advantages of the “BLUE CORNER Club” 


The Member will benefit from preferential rates on all the services of the card, compared to the "Public" pricing, ONLY in the institute of his choice.  The rates reserved for Members are available in the institute or on the internet page.




The Member may only terminate his membership and claim a refund (partial or total) before the end of the defined period for legitimate reasons. The following are considered legitimate reasons: death, hospitalization or long-term illness, incarceration, moving abroad. The termination request must be sent directly by the Member, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the institute mentioning the said reason and accompanied by an identity card at the following address: BLUE CORNER Institute - Termination - 13 , rue Réaumur 75003 PARIS. Any request for termination will necessarily lead to the deactivation of the Card and its advantages with the institute where it was issued. In the event of acceptance of this termination by the institute, it will take effect 15 days after the date of receipt of all the above-mentioned elements. The institute will then reimburse the sums covering the unused membership period. In the absence of a legitimate reason, the price of membership remains due to the institute by keeping the initial payment made by the Member by card or cash when joining.




Subscriptions may not be suspended, even temporarily, by the Member for any reason whatsoever (in particular paternity leave, vacation, cessation of activity). In addition, the Member, regardless of his type of subscription, may not rely on the partial or total lack of use of his advantages linked to the "BLUE CORNER Club" to obtain reimbursement in whole or in part of the sums debited. or paid upon subscription, except  in the cases provided for termination.


Fraudulent use of the Card


Any fraudulent use of the Card (misrepresentation when subscribing to membership, falsification of the Card or supporting documents when subscribing, use by a third party of the Card, etc.) will result in the immediate termination of membership, without reimbursement of sums initially paid, and immediate withdrawal of the Card, without prejudice to legal proceedings.

Product Order

By browsing the Site, the Customer has the opportunity to freely learn about the various Products offered for sale on the day of consultation of the Site.
In order to order one or other of these Products, the Customer will click on the icon provided for this purpose and appearing next to each photo of the Products after having chosen the quantity of Product ordered,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ if applicable depending on supply availability.

Once the form is fully completed, an order summary will contain all the information relating to this order, namely in particular the nature, quantity and price of the Products, the total amount (including processing costs) of the order, the Customer's contact details, the delivery address and the billing address will appear on the screen.
After having read the status of his order, the Customer will be invited: either to click on the button “Connect or create an account” in order to proceed to the payment of his order; or to abandon his command by closing the window.
  The Customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the bank card provided for the payment of his Order and that this bank card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase BLUE CORNER Products and Services. By ticking the corresponding box, during the Order process, and after having checked the content of the Order in his "Basket" and, if necessary, having modified it, the Customer declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of the these General Conditions of Sale. After having confirmed the content of his Order, the Customer will definitively validate it by payment. The Order will only be final upon payment of the corresponding price. BLUE CORNER will systematically confirm each Customer's order, then its dispatch by e-mail

The price including all taxes of each product or service is indicated in the corresponding product or service sheet. The shipping costs of the Customer's order will be indicated to him before the final validation of the latter. In addition, once the order has been validated, the prices and costs will remain accessible in the "My Account" section of the Website. Once these general conditions of sale have been accepted and the order has been confirmed, an Internet page dedicated to the payment of the order will open. The Customer must then proceed to the payment of his order. The data recorded by BLUE CORNER constitutes proof of all transactions between BLUE CORNER and the Customer.

Product Availability

The Products distributed online by BLUE CORNER are those that appear on the Site, on the day the Customer consults the Site and within the limits of available stocks and the availability of the various service providers involved. In case of unavailability of a Product, BLUE CORNER will inform the Customer as soon as possible, without this period being able to exceed 10 working days, by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order.
However, in the event of unavailability of the Product, in particular of certain characteristics of the Product ordered by the Customer, BLUE CORNER may offer or deliver to the Customer a product of equivalent quality and price.
If the Customer's bank account has already been debited at the time of the aforementioned information to the Customer, BLUE CORNER undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible for the price of the Product unavailable on the bank account debited when of the order as well as the shipping costs related to this Product.
In the event of a request by the Customer for the cancellation of his entire order following the information of the unavailability of a product, BLUE CORNER undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the sums paid within fourteen (14) days at the latest after their debit, by credit on bank card.
At any time, BLUE CORNER reserves the right to modify or no longer market the Products and Services offered on the Site, these modifications however having no impact on the orders that BLUE CORNER would have accepted before the entry into force of these changes.
